Nishant Shah
Nishant M. Shah is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience spanning strategy execution, organizational transformation, and operational excellence across diverse industries and global markets. With a strong academic foundation—holding a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MDBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies—he brings a powerful combination of technical expertise and strategic business vision for solving complex business challenges.
In his current responsibility at INOX Air Products, Nishant is scaling the specialty & packaged gas business vertical, through aggressive customer outreach on a sector-based approach, and new product development initiatives, while ensuring a strong P&L. Nishant is positioning the vertical as a total-solutions provider for specialty gas consumers, while offering an array of services, including product, packages, supply-chain management and safety management.
Nishant has held senior leadership roles including a stint as Executive Director (APAC) at Sealed Air and Director at Sealed Air India LLP. He has also served as a Board Member for Kris Automated Packaging Systems Pvt Ltd, as well as CII’s Logistics Skill Council. His leadership has been instrumental in driving P&L ownership, driving change management, business transformation, and enabling scalable growth across APAC markets including Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Korea.
His cross-industry experience is extensive, with deep market engagement across a range of sectors, including Solar, Electronics, FMCG, Steel, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Automotive, Healthcare, Defence, Shipbuilding, and Glass Manufacturing, to name a few. His collaborative involvement with leading industry bodies such as CII Institute of Logistics, Bombay Chamber of Commerce, USIBC-IS, and CII National Committee on Shipping & Logistics reflects his commitment to industry advancement and policy dialogue.
