Samantha Phillips

Samantha is an experienced executive with over 30 years of leadership in natural resource and energy sectors, spanning mining, oil & gas, LNG and hydrogen. She has proven expertise in full-cycle project development, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement across emerging, developing, and mature markets, while being passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to drive sustainable energy solutions.

As COO at Dynelectro – recently recognised as Top 100 Women in Tech – Samantha oversees project and portfolio management, including securing strategic financing. Active in the European Clean Hydrogen Alliance, Cleantech for Nordics, and on the advisory board at FORCE Technology, she contributes to advancing hydrogen and clean energy innovations into real-world solutions.

Previously, as Chief of Staff and Technical Director at Danagas in Dubai, Samantha led complex asset evaluations, facilitated strategic alignment between partners and drove technology-driven solutions while serving on the Board of Directors. She’s successfully managed multi-disciplinary projects with budgets exceeding €110 million, ensuring energy security and optimized asset development across diverse regions.
